Project Manager — Boise, ID

Iron Crest Remodeling Group LLC is hiring two Project Managers in Boise, Idaho. This is a 1099 contractor position paying 20–40% commission of the net profit on each job, with no benefits. Leads come from the general manager and appointments are booked for you.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned projects on site Monday through Friday
• Take photos, measurements, and detailed site notes at every visit
• Meet homeowners, scope the work, and keep the client relationship warm
• Coordinate trades and keep each project moving on schedule
• Work leads supplied by the general manager — no cold prospecting
• Keep project documentation current so estimates and invoices stay accurate

Requirements

• Residential construction or remodeling experience
• Comfortable meeting homeowners in their homes and running the conversation
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and Boise-area coverage
• Smartphone capable of photo documentation and scheduling
• Able to operate as a 1099 independent contractor
• Working knowledge of Idaho building codes and permitting is a plus
