About this role
Take sitework packages from takeoff and bid through buyout, production, and closeout.
What you'll do
- Take off earthwork, utilities, and erosion control from civil sets
- Build bids and scope letters that are clear about what's in and what's out
- Buy out material and manage subcontracted scopes
- Run the schedule and two-week lookahead with the superintendent
- Handle submittals, change orders, pay applications, and closeout
What we're looking for
- 3+ years estimating or managing civil sitework projects
- Fluent reading civil plans, geotech reports, and specifications
- Experience with takeoff and scheduling software
- Valid driver's license — this role gets out on the sites
