<p><strong>Pay</strong>: $75,000.00 to $115,000 per year</p>
<p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager (Mechanical) include</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Developing and managing a portfolio of general contractor and subcontractor relationships</li>
<li>Scheduling and managing all project-related activities to deliver projects on-time and on-budget</li>
<li>Identifying, negotiating and procuring all necessary job-related equipment and material</li>
<li>Scheduling and managing all projected-related field manpower personnel</li>
<li>Organizing and directing all project planning and progress meetings with construction group management team as required</li>
<li>Participating in pre-construction bid activities as required</li>
<li>Interfacing with local building authorities and enforcing contract terms and conditions as required</li>
<li>Embracing ongoing training and development to ensure the highest standards of professionalism, project management effectiveness, technical competence and industry knowledge</li>
<li>Providing consistent leadership, a positive attitude, and unwavering commitment to teamwork and world-class customer service in the delivery of all construction group projects</li>

<p><strong>Qualified candidates will have</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma, G.E.D., or College degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years trade-related experience</li>
<li>5+ years of project management experience delivering mechanical solutions and installations in commercial construction environments with a proven track record of delivering superior performance results</li>
<li>Comprehensive working knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems (design, operation, etc.) to include chilled water systems</li>
<li>In-depth ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and specifications</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of industry standard construction accounting practices</li>
<li>Ability to construct complete cost estimates on projects</li>
<li>The ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Understanding of HVAC value engineering concepts and applications</li>
<li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license</li>
