About this role
A year-round, full-time role split between active job sites and our office. The Project Manager serves as the operational hub between our field crews and our clients — primarily general contractor site managers. This person owns daily and weekly status reporting, tracks out-of-scope work, ensures accurate billing, and communicates proactively with stakeholders at every level.
Responsibilities- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly status reports for each active job site
- Track and document all T&M and extra work orders outside original bid contracts
- Review employee time entries for accuracy, job cost coding, and alignment with contract terms
- Serve as primary point of contact for GC site managers and field supervisors
- Coordinate with crews, operators, and subcontractors on schedule and resource allocation
- Maintain organized project files including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and correspondence
- Support estimating, closeout documentation, and punch list tracking
- 3–5 years in project management, construction coordination, or related field
- Construction or trades experience preferred — we will train the right person
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; emotional intelligence to manage across crews, clients, and ownership
- Proactive, organized, and process-driven — someone who builds systems and sticks to them
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable on active construction sites
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience given full consideration
$65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include employer-sponsored health insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, relocation expense reimbursement, Winter Park Resort ski season pass, and annual performance bonus eligibility.
Compensation range posted in compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final compensation determined based on qualifications and experience.
