Del-Air is looking for a Residential Install Manager to lead our installation operations and help drive the team, customer experience, and business forward.

What You'll Do
· Lead and develop our residential installation team
· Oversee scheduling, equipment/material needs, installations, billing, and customer satisfaction
· Visit job sites and ensure quality work and exceptional customer experiences
· Monitor operational and financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
· Partner with Sales and Operations to keep projects moving efficiently
· Resolve customer concerns and installation issues
· Promote a safety-first culture and ensure company policies are followed
· Help develop processes and strategies that improve productivity and profitability
What You Bring
· 5+ years of HVAC trade experience
· Previous management experience preferred
· Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
· Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
· Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
· Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!
