About this role

The Roll-Off Driver will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers across multiple lines of businesses. The CDL Driver will collect waste from customer sites and transport to post-collection facilities for proper disposal.

Work Schedule

  • Shift Days: Wednesday – Sunday (Off every Monday & Tuesday)
  • Hours: Night/Early Morning Start (12:00 AM – 1:00 AM start time)
  • Weekly Hours: ~45–50 hours per week (Year-round, full-time)
  • Weekend perk: Off by ~8:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class B Roll-Off truck to collect and transport waste materials to disposal facilities.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
  • Maintain clean cab interior and follow company and safety protocols.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to commercial and residential customer sites along your route.
  • Communicate mechanical issues or route hazards promptly to dispatch/maintenance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • License: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class B CDL required; Class A welcomed).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience OR a certificate of completion from an accredited CDL school.
  • Safety First: Clean driving record and ability to meet safety-sensitive criteria.
  • Physical Ability: Comfortable performing physical tasks associated with operating roll-off containers, pulling cables, and entering/exiting the truck cab.
