We’re hiring experienced operators first and foremost. All work is within about 45 miles of Mayville — you report to our office and travel pay covers the ride to the site.
hiring 1-2 Experienced Heavy Equipment OperatorFull-Time · Wage Based on Experience
You’ve put real hours on excavators and dozers — and it shows in your finish grade. You’ll run our iron on residential and commercial site work across Dodge County and the surrounding area.
- Proven experience on excavators, dozers, or similar heavy equipment
- All job sites within roughly 45 miles of Mayville
- Report to our Mayville office — travel pay to the site
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL a plus
Full-Time or Part-Time · Wage Based on Experience
Haul gravel, fill, sand, and stone between our pits and job sites. CDL required with quad axle experience preferred. Part-time schedules available — a great fit for semi-retired drivers who still like being behind the wheel.
- CDL required; quad axle dump experience preferred
- Local hauls only — home every night
- Part-time schedules welcome (semi-retired? come talk to us)
- Report to our Mayville office — travel pay to the site
