Role Overview Sales Representative (2025-1114) Role Overview • The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, and closing sales in residential and/or commercial markets. This role requires someone with strong people skills, industry knowledge (or the ability to learn quickly), and a proven ability to drive revenue. What You Bring • 2+ years of sales experience in skilled trades, construction, or related field (preferred). - Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or construction services (or willingness to learn quickly). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. - Proficiency with CRM systems or estimating software a plus. Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory. - Conduct client consultations to understand needs and present appropriate service solutions. - Prepare and deliver estimates, proposals, and quotes for skilled trades projects and services. - Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business. - Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction. - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Accurately track sales pipeline and activity using CRM or company tools.
