We are seeking a highly motivated Ariba Source-to-Contract Specialist to support our indirect procurement organization. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

 

The Ariba S2C Specialist will focus on SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract and Buying/Invoice modules, analytics, reporting, and team enablement. Success in this role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

 

This is a hybrid role and must be onsite at our Milford, MA location on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 

Responsibilities

Ariba Source-to-Contract

  • Administer daily workflows within SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracts modules.
  • Create and administer contract workspaces in Ariba, ensuring alignment with negotiated terms, approval workflows, Docusign, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor contract milestones, renewal dates, and obligation tracking within Ariba contract management
  • Train end users and business stakeholders on Ariba sourcing and contract workflows
  • Manage RFx events and support timely contract execution.
  • Support procurement operations and special projects as needed.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain procurement reporting using Ariba, SAP, and Power BI.
  • Generate spend analytics, savings reports, and ad hoc analyses for Procurement leadership.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support sourcing, supplier negotiations, and procurement strategies.

Strategic Sourcing Support

  • Partner with procurement team members to execute and manage RFx events.
  • Prepare pricing analyses, stakeholder communications, and sourcing documentation.
  • Track project milestones and provide status updates to key stakeholders.

Knowledge Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Maintain procurement templates, tools, and knowledge resources.
  • Document and communicate data standards and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate key issues, actions, and recommendations to leadership.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, consulting, operations, or finance.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar procurement platforms.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and data analytics tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a performance-driven environment.
  • Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience or exposure to Finance and Accounting is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and customer-service orientation.
