As our new Senior Business & Market Analyst, you will play a key role in developing customer intelligence, analytics, and data governance capabilities that support the global deployment of our Partner Excellence Program and NextGen 3.0 strategy within Water Utility. You will join the Global Partner Excellence team, where you will transform customer data into actionable insights that strengthen commercial effectiveness and customer-centric decision-making across our global markets. What is the job about? As Senior Business & Market Analyst, you will drive Customer360 analytics and support the development of a scalable customer intelligence foundation across regions and functions. Your key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain Customer360 datasets, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical models Generate insights on customer segmentation, account potential, and commercial performance Support the global rollout and continuous improvement of the Partner Excellence Program Build and operate the Global Customer Intelligence Hub Drive customer master data governance, quality, and compliance Prepare KPI reports, management dashboards, and executive presentations Support AI-enabled customer intelligence and predictive analytics initiatives Collaborate with regional sales, Commercial Excellence, Digital, and Data Management teams What do you need to apply? We imagine that you hold a bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, combined with experience in business analytics, business intelligence, commercial excellence, or customer intelligence.
