GAFL Security is seeking a full-time Service Dispatcher to join our growing team in Georgia and Florida. As the first point of contact for our customers and technicians, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Receive and schedule service calls for residential & commercial clients
Dispatch technicians promptly and track job progress
Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of service requests and completed work
Support technicians with parts, inventory, and job information as needed
