As our new Service Engineer , you'll be managing end-to-end workshop and field work service activities — from pump inspection and fault analysis to repair, testing, and customer delivery — that ensure our customers receive reliable, high-quality service solutions. What you will be doing As a key part of the Service Delivery team, you'll create impact by ensuring pumps are expertly diagnosed, repaired, and returned to customers with first-class quality, while championing a strong safety culture across all service operations. Your main responsibilities include: Receive, register, and conduct risk assessments on returned pumps, performing cleaning per EHS sanitary requirements before inspection Carry out fault analysis, warranty qualification, repair, and performance testing of pumps in the workshop, reporting warranty cases in FAS and quality issues in QIP Prepare quotations for non-warranty repairs, process service orders, and deliver professional repair reports to customers upon completion Maintain workshop equipment through regular calibration, upgrades, and workplace inspections with a focus on health and safety compliance Handle merchant returns, process warranty documentation, and manage credit notes for returned pumps Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, service partners, and stakeholders to ensure service delivery exceeds expectations What makes you a great fit Above all, you're a technically skilled professional with a hands-on approach to workshop and field work service, a strong safety mindset, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. We'd also imagine that you have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field) 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a service, repair, or workshop environment Proficiency in SAP, MS Word, and MS Excel Fluency in the local language It's a plus if you also have: Experience with pump technology, rotating equipment, or water infrastructure products Knowledge of health and safety management practices and risk assessment procedures Experience managing business processes in a service delivery environment Why you'll love working here Day to day, you can look forward to: Annual bonus, health insurance, retirement benefit, and a strong focus on well-being activities.
