As a Service Plumber, you'll work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and drive new sales (including re-pipes, sewer replacements, lining, water heaters, water filtration and softeners, etc.) for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards!

What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by establishing customer rapport.
- Explain repair and replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by asking the right lifestyle questions to troubleshoot plumbing system malfunctions.
- Inform customers of all special promotions.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
What You'll Bring:
- 5 years’ experience in plumbing service and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.
- Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Available to work on-call and respond immediately to plumbing emergencies.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company auto insurance guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle.
- Eligible to legally work in the United States.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
