Role Overview:
The Shipping Supervisor oversees the shipping department, manages staffing and schedules, and works closely with internal partners to maintain service standards. You will help drive shipping accuracy, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and compliance with transportation and safety requirements while supporting process improvements across the function.
What will you do?
- Oversee shipping operations to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Manage daily schedules and supervise shipping staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to support service levels and shipment readiness.
- Train team members on shipping procedures, documentation, and service standards.
- Monitor shipping quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and shipping supplies to support daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Develop and implement shipping improvements and process optimizations.
- Use Microsoft Office and shipping software to track activity and support reporting.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
