Compensation & Benefits

Expected total cash compensation at plan: $56,500–$71,060/yr. $4,500 at-plan annual crew margin share (1.5% of $300,000 crew gross margin), paid quarterly and quality-gated. This estimate excludes the value of benefits and discretionary annual company profit sharing.

• $25–$32/hr for experienced installers (top-25% base pay for this market)
• 1.5% of your crew's gross margin (quarterly), quality-gated
