Concrete Solutions and Waterproofing has been fixing foundations, drying out basements, and restoring masonry across Eastern Massachusetts since 1995. Licensed home improvement contractor, MA HIC #203912, 5.0 rating on Google, 40 towns in our regular service area. Most of our work is residential: patios, walkways, garage floors, foundations, bulkheads, and basement waterproofing. We also run small commercial work for property managers, condo associations, and facility managers.

Position Summary

We are hiring skilled laborers who have real time on a concrete or masonry crew. You are setting forms, tying steel, running the saw and mixer, moving material, and keeping the pour on schedule. This is not a general labor pool position and we are not looking for first day help. You should be able to walk onto a site, read the scope, and know what needs to happen next.

This position is cross-trade by design. Some weeks you are on concrete, some weeks masonry, some weeks in a basement on waterproofing. That variety is how our people learn enough to move up to finisher or crew lead.

What You Will Do

• Set, brace, strip, and oil forms
• Cut and tie rebar and set mesh and chairs
• Run mixer, saw, compactor, jackhammer, and power tools safely
• Excavate, backfill, and compact around foundations and footings
• Move and stage material, block, bag, and rebar
• Set up staging and shoring
• Assist the finisher during the pour, pull screed, run chute
• Keep the site clean and safe, load out at end of day
• Photo document on CompanyCam, time on Workyard

Who Should Apply

• 2+ years on a concrete, masonry, or foundation crew
• You know form work and rebar without being walked through it
• Comfortable with saw, mixer, jackhammer, and compactor
• Physically able to do the work, all day, outdoors
• Reliable transportation
• Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, never a requirement

Pay and What We Provide

$26 to $34 per hour depending on experience. Direct deposit through ConnectPay. We supply tools and equipment, and we own our scaffolding and staging outright, which means your job starts on time instead of waiting on a rental truck.
