STRATEGIC PLANNING AND FORECASTING SPECIALIST
(NO Electrician License Required)
Job Description: As a Strategic Planner and Forecasting Specialist for Bickimer Electric, you will compile financial data daily and weekly for review daily and weekly. This data will help make financial decisions, smooth out the highs/lows of payouts, and increase cash margins.

- Strategic planning calendar & meeting schedule
- Develop a strategic plan
- Review the strategic plan
- Create strategic, tactical, and operation goals and objectives
- Publish the strategic plan
- Forecasting Process
- Build a top-down forecast
- Review forecast with managers
- Update forecast
- Approve forecast
- Forecast review and update process
Downtime duties
- Reconcile
- Cold calling
Report to: The Strategic and Forecasting Planner will report directly to Michael (Owner)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
As a STRATEGIC PLANNING AND FORECASTING SPECIALIST with Bickimer Electric, you must meet the following:
- Knowledgeable of QBO
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Looking for 3-5 years’ experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or payroll
- Never be intoxicated or under the influence of any mind-altering substance while on the clock

Pay: $15-20 per hour – Top Compensation based on experience!
