Superintendent - Civil - Full-Time

The General Superintendent in heavy civil contracting is responsible for overseeing all field operations on large-scale site development projects. This role provides leadership to foremen, and craft personnel, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents and quality standards. The Superintendent coordinates closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and leadership to plan sequencing, manage resources, and resolve field issues efficiently. They also drive a culture of safety, accountability, and performance while mentoring field staff and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
