With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide. We are currently searching for a Supply Chain Sustaintability Specialist to join our global team. This role will support the implementation and execution of our global supplier sustainability programs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate supplier sustainability assessments, questionnaires, and follow-up activities to ensure timely and complete responses. Support supplier engagement initiatives by developing communication materials, sustainability guidance documents, webinars, and training sessions. Collect, validate, and maintain supplier sustainability data, including greenhouse gas emissions, renewable energy usage, recycled content, water consumption, waste management metrics, certifications, and other ESG indicators. Collaborate with suppliers to improve the quality, completeness, and accuracy of Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions data. Maintain supplier sustainability databases, records, and reporting documentation. Prepare sustainability reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses to support internal stakeholders, customer requests, and corporate reporting requirements. Support ESG disclosure activities, including EcoVadis, CDP, customer sustainability surveys, and other reporting frameworks. Assist Procurement teams in monitoring supplier compliance with Auria’s Supplier Code of Conduct and sustainability expectations. Track supplier sustainability performance, identify reporting gaps, and support corrective action follow-up when needed. Maintain sustainability documentation required for audits, customer inquiries, and compliance reviews. Contribute to the continuous improvement of supplier sustainability processes, tools, and reporting practices. What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Sustainability, ESG, or related areas within a global manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions accounting and supplier sustainability programs. Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: Experience working with large data sets, reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel analysis. Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions. Experience preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance-related activities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with suppliers and internal teams. Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
