About the role: As Sustainability Lead you will have both strategic and operational responsibilities with focus on sustainability targets, reporting, compliance and improvement. You will lead our sustainability steering committee and be responsible for coordinating, monitor, and developing our sustainability work. You will report to the Director QEHS Sweden and you will work onsite at Bränslegatan, Västerås. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sustainability strategies and projects. Monitor and report on sustainability performance. Collaborate across the organization to integreate sustainability principles into our business Ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements Qualifications: A university degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, social sciences or another relevant field. 5+ years of experience leading and developing sustainability work in an industrial or technically complex organization. Knowledge of sustainability legislation, standards and reporting requirements, such as CSRD, ESRS, the GHG Protocol or similar frameworks. Ability to create engagement and influence different parts of the organization without formal personnel responsibility. Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to management, authorities and other stakeholders. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. Apply Today!
