Technical Sales Engineer LOCATION: Dammam - Eastern Province - Saudi Arabia DEPARTMENT: TECHNICAL SALES HR CONTACT: Cely Varela Technical Sales Representative Join Tenaris and help our customers maximize the value of our pipe and pipeline solutions across the energy and industrial sectors. What You'll Do Build strong technical relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor on Tenaris pipe products, OCTG, line pipe, and pipeline applications . Identify customer needs and develop solutions that improve operational performance, create value, and support business growth. Promote and support the adoption of Tenaris products and services , including string design, running services, inspection services, and other pipeline-related solutions. Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, from product selection and application recommendations to operational performance reviews. Collaborate with customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to identify future requirements and support the development of innovative pipe and pipeline solutions. Participate in customer-specific sales strategies, helping to position Tenaris as the preferred partner for pipe and pipeline projects. Support the management of technical investigations and customer claims, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement. Contribute to commercial initiatives, market intelligence, and sales tools that strengthen customer engagement and business development. Ensure compliance with Tenaris policies, procedures, safety standards, and all applicable regulations. What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Petroleum, Metallurgical, or related field). • Experience in technical sales, customer support, or engineering roles related to steel pipes, pipelines, oil & gas, energy, or industrial applications . • Strong technical and commercial mindset. • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. • Professional proficiency in English. • Willingness to travel and engage directly with customers.
