Role Overview Technician Electrical (2025-1139) Chapman Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is a leading provider in Indiana specializing in residential and light commercial projects for over 40 years. We have been voted one of the best companies to work for in Indianapolis in both 2023 and 2024! Job Type : Full-time Pay: $30-$35, Hourly + Sales Commissions Company vehicle and gas card provided. Schedule : Monday-Friday, some weekend availability as business needs. Location: Indianapolis Key Responsibilities: Electrical Installations: Safely install and connect wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and other electrical components as required for remodels and repairs in a residential environments. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including troubleshooting faulty systems, wiring, and appliances. Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems to prevent issues, ensuring safety and compliance with building codes. Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of the services performed and recommendations for system improvements or repairs. Compliance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards. Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain records of inspections, work completed, and materials used. Safety Focus: Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Required Experience: 4 or more years of experience in electrical work, including residential and commercial systems. Driver's License: With a clean driving record Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and operate safely in various weather conditions.
