Role Overview Technician HVAC Service Warranty Role Overview • The Technician HVAC Service Warranty performs warranty-related repairs on HVAC equipment under manufacturer or company service warranties, ensuring customer issues are resolved quickly and accurately. This role diagnoses equipment issues and processes warranty claims with manufacturers. The ideal candidate has strong HVAC diagnostic skills and familiarity with warranty processes. What You Bring • 2-3 years of HVAC service experience. - EPA certification required. - Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. - Familiarity with manufacturer warranty claim processes. - Excellent customer service skills. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Key Responsibilities • Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment issues covered under manufacturer or company warranty. - Process warranty parts claims with manufacturers accurately and in a timely manner. - Communicate with customers regarding warranty repair timelines and resolution. - Complete accurate documentation of warranty repairs and parts used. - Identify recurring equipment issues and report trends to service leadership. - Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory in organized condition. - Adhere to all safety practices and manufacturer specifications. - Represent the company professionally on every warranty call. Licenses & Certifications • EPA certification required - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
