<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">About the Role</span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">RoadGuard is hiring Traveling Guardrail Installation Technicians to join our Colorado Springs team. This is a hands-on construction role where you'll work with a crew installing and maintaining highway guardrails, barriers, fencing, and other roadway safety equipment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors, aren't afraid of physical work, and are willing to learn.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Candidates with a construction background are strongly preferred.</strong> Experience in general construction, highway construction, concrete, landscaping, fencing, or other outdoor labor positions would be a great fit.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a traveling position, so you must be comfortable working away from home during the week.</span></p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You'll Do</span></h3>
<ul>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work with a crew to install, remove, repair, and modify highway guardrails, barriers, fencing, and other roadway safety equipment.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Follow instructions from your Foreman and help keep projects moving.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Take initiative and help your crew wherever needed.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.</span></p>

<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Travel &amp; Schedule</span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Travel is a regular part of this position, not an occasional requirement.</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">For projects within Colorado, crews are typically away from home for one week at a time.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">For projects outside Colorado, employees may be away for up to two weeks at a time.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Company-provided hotel accommodations are available while traveling for work.</span></p>

<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What We're Looking For</span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Must be at least 21 years old.</strong></span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">High school diploma or GED.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must be authorized to work in the United States.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Valid driver's license with a good driving record.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must be willing and able to obtain a DOT medical card to qualify to drive crew transportation vehicles.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must pass required pre-employment background, drug screening, and motor vehicle record checks.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English and perform basic math.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to perform strenuous physical work throughout the day in varying weather conditions.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Willingness to travel and stay away from home for up to two weeks when needed.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong attendance, dependability, and willingness to learn.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work well with a crew and take initiative without always being asked.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Previous construction experience is strongly preferred</strong>, especially in highway construction, general labor, concrete, fencing, excavation, or other physically demanding outdoor work.</span></p>
