Job Description: Skilled Operator All Shifts;

This application is for one of our Skilled Operator positions at our Facility. This will entail operation of a machine/jack/computer equipment as assigned. Shift and Position will be determined DURING PHONE SCREENING BY RECRUITER.

Jack Driver (PR04) – Job Description

The Jack Driver (PR04) is responsible for safely operating a pallet jack to transport products, materials, and supplies throughout the production area. This position ensures that production lines remain supplied with necessary materials and that finished products are moved to designated locations in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate electric or manual pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Transport raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products to and from production areas.
• Keep production lines stocked to prevent downtime.
• Remove completed pallets and transport them to designated staging or storage areas.
• Follow all safety, food safety, quality assurance, and company policies.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory movement and other production-related tasks as assigned.
• Work effectively with production team members to ensure continuous workflow.

Requirements:

• Ability to operate pallet jacks safely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials as required.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work in cold, wet, or varying environmental conditions typical of food production facilities.
• Good attendance and teamwork skills.

Cage Dumper (PR03/PR04) – Job Description

• The Cage Dumper (PR03/PR04) is responsible for safely loading, positioning, and dumping cages of product into designated processing equipment while maintaining production flow, product quality, and safety standards.

Box Machine Operator (PR03) – Job Description

• The Box Machine Operator (PR03) is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining box-making equipment used to assemble and supply corrugated boxes for production and packaging operations. This position ensures boxes are produced correctly, available when needed, and meet quality and safety standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
