About this role
WhiteClouds is looking for a dependable CNC Machine Operator to help run and monitor CNC equipment in our production facility.
This is a hands-on production position and does not require CNC programming or design experience. Our design team prepares the files, and the CNC Machine Operator is responsible for loading materials, starting jobs, monitoring the machines, removing completed parts, and keeping the equipment and work area clean and organized.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable around machinery, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn. We will train the right person.

- Operate and monitor CNC equipment
- Load and unload materials
- Run CNC jobs using files prepared by our design team
- Make sure the correct material and job are loaded
- Watch machines while they are operating
- Remove and organize completed parts
- Perform basic measurements and quality checks
- Keep CNC machines and surrounding work areas clean
- Perform simple machine and tooling changes after training
- Report machine or production problems to a supervisor
- Help keep CNC equipment running efficiently throughout the day
- Follow established safety and operating procedures
- Assist with other production tasks as needed
- Previous CNC or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- No CNC programming or design experience required
