WhiteClouds is looking for a versatile Fabrication & Assembly Technician to help build and assemble our custom fabricated products.
This position works across multiple production disciplines and is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, good with tools, and enjoys building things. Projects may include large props, dimensional displays, letters and logos, product replicas, exhibits, sculptures, signage, and other one-of-a-kind fabricated products.
Unlike traditional repetitive manufacturing, our projects change constantly. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety and can learn new fabrication processes quickly.

- Assemble custom fabricated products and components
- Measure, cut, drill, fit, fasten, glue, sand, grind, and finish materials
- Work with foam, wood, plastics, metal, composites, and other materials
- Install brackets, hardware, internal structures, and mounting systems
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read drawings, measurements, templates, and production instructions
- Assist with fit-up and final assembly of large custom projects
- Check completed work for quality and accuracy
- Assist Foam, Props, Carpentry, Metals, Paint, and other production departments as needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
- Experience in construction, fabrication, woodworking, sign production, exhibit building, automotive work, manufacturing, or similar hands-on work is beneficial
- No specific industry experience is required for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated hands-on ability
