Role: Waterproofer
Summary: Implementing measures to prevent water from entering through walls, floors, roofs, and other vulnerable areas of a commercial building. By applying membranes, coatings, and sealants using specialized techniques like torch-applied, self-adhesive, or liquid-applied methods.

Daily responsibilities:•Installation of Hot Rubber, Torch on Membrane, Urethan Coating Systems, and Blindside Waterproofing Systems•Have a strong understanding of waterproofing systems, above and below grade•Experience with application methods including torch applied, hot applied (hot rubber), as well as a good understanding of commercial roofing installation
Wage: Apprentice: $23.97 - $39.95/hour Journeyman: Starting at $46/hour *Pay is determined on the position offered and amount of experience.*
