Concrete Solutions and Waterproofing has been fixing foundations, drying out basements, and restoring masonry across Eastern Massachusetts since 1995. Most of our work is residential: patios, walkways, garage floors, foundations, bulkheads, and basement waterproofing. We also run small commercial work for property managers, condo associations, and facility managers.

Position Summary

We are hiring a waterproofing technician for foundation crack injection, interior drainage systems, sump pump installation, and basement moisture control. Much of this work is inside, so it runs year round regardless of weather. We will train a candidate with solid concrete or general construction experience on our systems and materials.

We are a small crew and everyone works across trades. When waterproofing is slow you may be on a concrete pour, a masonry repair, or a bulkhead. Most of our work is interior, so this crew stays busiest, but flexibility runs both directions.

What You Will Do

• Inject foundation cracks with epoxy and polyurethane
• Install interior perimeter drainage and vapor barrier systems
• Set sump pumps, basins, and discharge lines
• Install and repair bulkheads and hatchways
• Diagnose water entry points and explain the fix to the homeowner
• Core drill, chip, and patch concrete
• Keep an occupied home clean, protected, and presentable at end of day
• Photo document on CompanyCam, time on Workyard
• Work outside your primary trade when your scope is slow or the job needs it

Who Should Apply

• 2+ years concrete, foundation, or general construction experience
• Waterproofing specific experience is a plus, we will train the right person
• Comfortable in tight crawl spaces and unfinished basements
• Presentable and able to talk to a homeowner, you are in their house
• Reliable transportation
• Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, never a requirement

Pay and What We Provide

$27 to $37 per hour depending on experience. Direct deposit through ConnectPay. We supply tools and equipment, and we own our scaffolding and staging outright, which means your job starts on time instead of waiting on a rental truck.
